Heres what you can expect from our zoom sessions
How your week will look...
All you need to commit to is just 30 minutes per day and then be ready for the energetic, healthy and happy life you are going to gain.
Monday and Wednesday are body weight Pilates style classes designed to get your joints mobile, muscles working increasing your strength and range of movement. These classes will be available for you to upload and do at a time convenient to you.
Make the most of the lighter mornings......., come and join in with 2 early live zoom sessions, Tuesday and Thursday @ 6.30-7am (UK time). ( your days exercise will be done and all you need to think about is how good you feel! It might not be easy getting up earlier but you will definately feel better for doing it.
If your not an early bird or the time just doesn't suit,, the lessons are uploaded so you can complete them at a time convenient to you.
Friday is re-energise and rejuvenate day with a Mindful Movement session to finish off the week.
Get enjoyment out of moving your body.
Pushing yourself just that little bit out of your comfort zone will reap the many benefits of a varied consistent exercise programme.
