It can get really crazy over the Festive period for keeping exercise levels up, or your really wanting to start but you know your going to put off starting anything till the new year!
So Ive put together a few exercise shorts to keep you going or get you started over the christmas and New Year
Appart from getting out for walks and rambles with familt and friends, here are some body or light weighted exercises to do to keep those muscles firing. Ive also put in some chill movements if your needing a recharge.
