I have designed the Foundation programme to get you started on your fitness journey. You may choose to complete the programme as an aid to managing pain and to promote mobility. Alternatively, you could use the programme to build skills and confidence before attending live or zoom classes.
Completion of the programme will
Exercises to promote full body mobility are followed by exercises that target specific joints and movement patterns. There are also brain based exercises which are designed to build brain pathways. In addition, the programme includes ways to identify and overcome possible muscular skeletal issues influencing wellbeing. Sometimes we only need to look at ourselves through a fresh set of eyes to reap benefits.
The lessons are divided into 5 units. All are designed to help you get to know your body.
Strength in Movement is simply that: the strength to move in order to reduce risk and perform every day activities, right through to maximising sports performance.
I started my UK business to help my mum who has lived with chronic back pain all her life. No amount of traction, pills or interventions helped and she wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. Fast-forward fifteen years and at 75 years old, my mum is one of my strongest clients and a great role model to others. She even climbed Mount Snowdon aged 72, with no ill effects!
