All you need to commit to is just 30 minutes per day and then be ready for the energetic, healthy and happy life you are going to gain.
The sunshine makes us feel so much better so why not capitalise and get a routine started to get you feeling great, strong and full of energy.
Monday and Wednesday are body weight Pilates style classes designed to get your joints mobile, muscles working increasing your strength and range of movement. These classes will be available for you to upload and do at a time convenient to you.
Make the most of the lighter mornings......., come and join in with 2 early live zoom sessions, Tuesday and Thursday @ 6.30-7am (UK time). ( your days exercise will be done and all you need to think about is how good you feel!
Its not always fun getting up but you do feel better afterwards for doing it.
If your not an early bird or the time just doesn't suit,, the lessons are uploaded so you can complete them at a time convenient to you. What ever you chose you will feel fit and strong.
Friday is re-energise and rejuvenate day with a Mindful Movement session or should you want to save this session for the weekend, you can choose a HIIT class if you want to start your weekend off on a high!
Make your weekends all about getting out doors in nature, competing in a sport, spending lots of quality time with your family and friends. This is just as important for your mind and well being as much as structured exercise.
Above all ..... get enjoyment out of moving your body, pushing it that little bit further and reaping the many benefits of a varied consistent exercise programme
